Grand Reserve wines are crafted from 100% Jackson Estates grown and hand-selected grapes. In the winer, artisan winemaking techniques prevail, and aging takes place in small Frencg oak barrels.
Santa Barbara County’s geology holds the key to this delicious Chardonnay. Here, the mountains run east-west, allowing cold ocean breezes to funnel into our estate vineyards. The grapes develop intense flavors while holding onto their acidity. Aged in partly new French oak, this Chardonnay has a creamy mouthfeel balanced by bright minerality. Lush tropical fruit meets citrus notes, with a hint of flowers, vanilla, and spice on the long finish. A wonderful wine to sip solo or pair with crab cakes, scallops, roast chicken, or soft cheeses.
