Santa Barbara County’s geology holds the key to this delicious Chardonnay. Here, the mountains run east-west, allowing cold ocean breezes to funnel into our estate vineyards. The grapes develop intense flavors while holding onto their acidity. Aged in partly new French oak, this Chardonnay has a creamy mouthfeel balanced by bright minerality. Lush tropical fruit meets citrus notes, with a hint of flowers, vanilla, and spice on the long finish. A wonderful wine to sip solo or pair with crab cakes, scallops, roast chicken, or soft cheeses.
