There is a clear peachy tinge to the medium-deep colour here. The nose has a fruit-forward friendliness that is beautifully lined by elegant oaky tones. Crunchy fruit profile despite the warm vintage. The oak has more presence on the palate, but the ample fruit in the wine handles it very well. The freshness of the palate invigorates it all, the mousse remaining highly elegant and harmoniously integrated with the satiny texture of the palate. Juicy, succulent and pleasurable, this is a fine 100% Meunier from Villers-Allerand's Mont Martin. Disgorged 07/22; dosage 4.4g/l
It is made from grapes entirely grown in 1er cru vineyards of Viller-Allerand from 100% Meunier from one vintage. It is vinified in barrel and is a zero dosage, brut nature, dry style. A Champagne with finesse and elegance, leaning towards citrus and apple flavours with
mouthwatering acidity and dry finish.
