Raspberry-colored sparkling with aromas of dried strawberries, yellow plums, grapefruit and toasted brioche. It’s medium-to full-bodied with bright acidity and a creamy mousse. Vinous rosé with a nutty finish. Pinot noir.
Blend: Pinot Noir 80% (including 10% of red wine and 5% skin contact rosé) & Chardonnay 20%
Terroir: Côte des Bar & Montgueux
Reserve wines: 20% (half aged in oak foudres - 70 or 140hl.)
Alcoholic fermentation: Stainless steel vats
Malolactic fermentation: 100%
Ageing: 3 years minimum for bottles and 3 months extra ageing after disgorgement
Dosage: BRUT 8g/L (+/- 1g)
