Roger Voss, Wine Enthusiast
From the Côte des Bar in the Aube region, this pure Pinot Noir is a well-balanced Champagne rich in fruit and with a light structure. The wine has weight, intense white-fruit and peach fruitiness, finished by ripe acidity.
Awards:
From vineyards which are environementally friendly and managed in this way for about 20 years. Parcel selection, including some plots in converting to organic.
Champagne with character and extreme finesse. Bright and intense gold color with amber highlights. A rich and powerful nose reveals aromas of red fruits. On the palate, a perfect harmony between the fruity and honeyed notes, with a refined and fresh finish. A sensation of fullness and depth reminds the rooting of vines in the terroir of the Côte des Bar.
