The 2018 Bruno Rocca Barbaresco Currà has some very ripe, sweet, strawberry fruit notes on the nose, with spiky pepper, crunchy green fruit and green herb aromas and flavors. It is round and soft with a good concentration of ripe red fruits with contrasting slightly green flavors, all wrapped around by a refined tannic structure. It is like a postcard of 2018—a great expression of the vintage.
