More open and lively than its Swartland counterpart, Fire by Night, this wine shows energy and lift from the outset. Sea breezes and cold air moving in from False Bay carry a faint sodium impression that translates into a subtle saline edge in the glass. There is clarity and drive here, with tension balanced by layered fruit depth.
