Exceptional Soave from a producer firmly entrenched in the regional firmament. Perhaps this doesn’t quite equal the majestic 2020, yet I have scored it by virtue of the pithy textural detail and salty, thirst-slaking finish. Drinkability in spades. Salted quince, tangerines and Boskoop apples. Long and dangerous. From organically grown grapes.
Hill of refined seduction. This wine takes its name from the volcanic hill where the vineyards are located. A microclimate characterized by significant temperature fluctuations allows the grapes to extract a diverse and elegant bouquet.
