"The orange colored 2015 Vouvray Cuvée Constance displays a clear, fresh, pure and concentrated bouquet of dried apricots, quince, pumpernickel, honey, green fig chutney, orange tea, black chocolate with bitter orange and red pepper berries. On the palate, this is a vital, fresh, straight, pure, tightly woven and salty noble sweet wine with great, almost electric tension, finesse and vitality. The fruit is lush and dense, but the mineral grip and acidity are mind-blowing. This is many years away from being at its peak, but it's another fascinating Cuvée de Constance"
