The great 2019 vintage has left its mark on this southern wine, which is luminous, precise and hedonistic all at once. Its juicy tannins are extremely fresh, as discreet as they are outgoing, with a broad, fruity stature. The taste buds are mesmerised by its allure and personality. There's no vulgarity in this direct, airy, slightly spicy approach. Les Restanques 2019, more immediate than its big brother from the Château, also harbours the beautiful complexity that is the hallmark of the Domaine's wines.
